New character skin color - always Light

Bug type: Character customization

Bug summary: All new characters are created with "light" skin tone, regardless of color selected by user.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new character (so far confirmed for Explorers, Resistance, and Evan)
2. Select Tanned, Dark, or Pale skin tone.
3. Complete the character creation.
4. Observe that the newly-created character, on the character-selection screen, has Light skin.

    Bumping this because I've been having the same issue with a few of my characters (Mechanic and Phantom). Both Tanned and Dark skin gets reconfigured to Light upon creation.

    Account is created after the service merge, characters are on Broa.

    Edit: No issues with class though.

    Same problem is happening on reboot,nova,chaos,and renegade. All tanned or dark characters created all look pale

    Can confirm with this as well. Was trying to create a tanned Blaster in Renegade twice, but each time the game created a pale one instead.

    I can confirm this too. Wanted to make a new blaster on Luna, selected tanned skin, ended up with light. Everything else worked but skin tone.

    Whenever I try to create a new character, their skin tone changes from whatever I chose to be default Light skin tone. Not quite sure why this is happening, but someone mentioned it before on the forums and it's also happening to my little brother.

    Ah thank you. Hard to believe this has been going on for this long. It's lame because my little brother is missing events since he doesn't want to make a character right now. :/

    When making an Explorer (F), it will not allow me to be tanned or dark. Help?

    Im trying to make a battle mage in Scania (about 430pm est), but everytime I create my resistance character the skin tone turns from tanned to light. #blacklivesmatter

    we can always hope that it's something they are working on during this extended maintenance but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

    If someone could just give us an update that its being looked at that, or even acknowledged as a thing then that would be great. I know one things for sure, im not about to spend NX to fix something that i shouldn't have had to spend NX on in the first place.

    Maybe its just me as well, but it comes across as racist that this isn't more of a priority.

    EDIT - SUrprise, Surprise, STILL not fixed.
