Brief bug summary: Shining Santa Boxes do not reward Lucky Winters, Santa Sleigh Mounts, or Gingerbread Woman Cookies.

More details:

Only bugged on certain characters.
Bug has been occurring since the last run of this event in 2015.

Steps to reproduce:

Obtain a Shining Santa Box and open on a character that is bugged.

Character name: Potato

Character level: 208

Character job: Angelic Buster

World name: Nova

Date and time of the incident: December 6-8 2016, & all throughout the duration of the event 2015.

    same here also the rate of obtaining buff's seems way lower for the bugged characters

    It's actually been that way since 2014 at least.

    I get gingerbread woman cookies, but not Lucky Winter nor the mount.

    The gingerbread woman cookies might be intentional, since I am an AB that does not use MP potions, but I thought I'd include it in the report just in case.

    I got one Lucky Winter. They appear to be rarer than usual, although this may be a bug in itself.

    I also got 3 7-day mounts in a row.
