Growth Potion expired early?

Basically what the title says. I had one of those Storm Growth potions that are supposed to expire today at 11am (it's 3am as I'm posting this). But when I logged in it suddenly expired.

I was hoping to save it until I got around level 198 to save myself the time leveling, but it expired early.

Character name: Austama

Character level: 192 (as I'm posting this)

Character job: Shade

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 12/10/2016 3:24am EST

    In-game time is UTC, not PST or EST.
    Although it's 8:48 UTC right now, so if your potion really said 11am then it did expire a bit early.

    Same expired around 5-6 hours early for me

    Nevermind didn't know game was in UTC

    I have the same problem but mine suppose to expire on 12-12-2016
    But now when i log on it gone too >.>
