Not receiving cubes?

[Reboot] Level 180 Hero, i finished alot of the events for the level up and i recently hit 180 which i will received a coupon for x5 cubes. I got the coupon, double clicked it and didnt get my cubes? i had the same problem earlier in the game with the 2 meister cubes i was supposed to receive from finishing something in the check off list.

    I'm also having this problem with the breakthrough event. Didn't get my cubes

    Me too, i tough they fixed it, i just want my cubes u.u
