Issue: Master Craftsman's Cube x2 not received on claiming reward (even though it says it has)

Details: If I reclick on the achievement, it says:

<[Level Up} Reach 55 Star Force>
You completed this mission and received the award!
Reward!!
Master Craftsman's Cube x2

Recreation: Achieve 55 Star Force and claim reward

Additional Info: I have checked cash shop and inventoy, no cubes in sight.

    It happened to me too. It says I can claim the rewards from another character, I logged into my another character, completed the rewards quest but he didn't gave me any Cubes. Checked Cash shop, inventory and both characters as well.

    Master cubes go into the use inventory, not the cash inventory. I'm going to try claiming the rewards on my Blaster later to see if I can confirm.

    I could claim them fine on my Shade, be sure you don't claim it on the new character unless you want cube an equip on this.

    Apparently it got fixed after the December 8 patch, however, everyone who claimed them beforehand still don't have the cubes. Will we still be able to get the cubes or nah? I'm on reboot so it's not that big of a deal.
