i cant get this... i take a gift but i dont receive the lvl 200 and 5ft job why ? i dont understand...

    .........(I am going to be very rude, warning) Please don't tell me you expected the gift to insta-boost you to level 200 and unlock Vth job. But going off of your grammar, think it's safe to assume you did think that. The pre-registration gift just gives you some items.
