Kritias Prequests?

So...I haven't done Kritias prequests before until now...I gotta ask, how do I complete "General's Pet"? I can't enter the town/city it seems...and nobody I know seems to have answers...

    iirc you can only enter using a specfic entry post, but if you dont know which one , you can enter the town by using the pantheon portal.

    It's the southwest barrack one (Issac). Also, apparently all of them open up after you finish prereqs.

    I know that after you finish the prequest they all open up, but OP was still doing the Pre quest
