Can't get back to commerci prereq quest??

So i started the prereq quest and landed on the island, but then I accidentally took the same portal out and now I can't get back in :(

What do I do? I've tried everything.
I can't go through the dimensional mirror because it says i haven't completed the prereqs and
I can't hyper there, says its not available for me.

help is much appreciated :/

    what fixed this for me was to go to my quest tab, hit AVAILABLE, then hit ALL LEVELS at the bottom which toggles the quests within your level/all levels. Look for Commerci Republic and then check the quest.

    Go to ereve, talk to the lady, she has a commerci quest. then teleport to commerci. if commerci keeps acting up, just go back to erve
