[Reboot] [Kanna] Cannot do Magnus Pre-quests

Been missing out on a lot of guild contribution because this hasn't been fixed yet. :(

Kanna (and likely Hayato/Jett/BT, though I am not sure since I'm attributing this to a non-KMS class issue) cannot continue with Magnus prequests. They do not show up. Been this way for over a week now.

    Same as Luna world Kanna cannot do Magnus pre-quests :(
