Horntail - Cave of Trial I doesn't spawn head.

Bug type: Boss issue

Brief bug summary: When entering first map Cave of Trial, the Horntail head sometimes doesn't spawn.

More details:
Horntail was recently changed so that the Trial starts automatically on entrance, but as of the 12/22/2016 maintenance the head will randomly not spawn.
This results in a lost run, since the head no longer spawns from the trigger zone at the end of the platform.

Steps to reproduce:
Attempt to fight Chaos Horntail (probably Normal and Easy as well but I haven't experienced that personally).
Because the issue randomly occurs, it may take multiple attempts to reproduce.
I have lost 3 runs in the past week, other guild members report losing both runs in the same day.

    This has happened to me on very random occasions. But it seems to only happen to me when I use the Boss Queue system. Someone suggested that once you enter the Cave, change channels before you enter to fight Horntail. I haven't glitched since I started changing channels. I hope that works for you too because Nexon will probably take years to fix any issue with Horntail(like in the last).

    So we just ignore bugs when we find them, because Nexon will never fix them? Also, it happens on all channels, just less common on the channels other than the default Boss Queue channel (ch7 for HT).


    Just speculation, but maybe the instance is not resetting when a player disconnects mid-boss, similar to the issue Ranmaru/Madman Ranmaru was having?

    I used the Boss Queue system, it seems like the only solution is to cc before entering
