Mega Burning S2 No Rewards

I'm not getting any of the rewards from the "1+2 Level Up! Mega Burning Project!" quest at all.

P.S. Hopefully we actually get the rewards this time. Last time only newly made burning characters got the rewards from Season 1 after the bug was patched.
