Shade Damage skin doesnt work??

Bug type: Visual (???)

Brief bug summary: tried applying Heroes Shade Damage skin and an error popped up saying "you could not aquire this effect."

More details: dont have maxed damage skins



Steps to reproduce: continued trying to apply damage skin but it wont apply
