Im stuck on Maple Island

I just made an explorer for the buring event. I got to the end were the boat is and right when i was about to leave maple island a black screen popped up then couple seconds later i dc. I tried to relog 4 times and the same thing keeps happening i keep dcing after couple seconds. If you could please look into this that would be great thank you for your time!

    It appears that you're having some problems viewing the video cut scenes.
    I had the same problem as well, but was able to fix this by logging onto another character and changing the screen resolution to 800x600.
