Brief bug summary:
Kaiser's skill Wertical Grapple can be used only once on a map.

More details:
When I use the skill Wertical Grapple it activates only once and then it freezes my character in place. I have to use the skill again to unfreeze and be able to move again. This never happened before and I could use this skill as many times as I wanted to climb on platforms.

Steps to reproduce:
Using the skill will only active it once.

Same thing for Angelic Busters and I'm assuming the 5th job common grappling skill lol. For five minutes I felt what it was like to have practically zero vertical mobility... *shivers*

But yeah, full shutdown fixes it.
