Portals not Registering since 1/18/17 UTC - Play V

So today, after the maintenance...I went about doing my Play V rewards...and what do ya know...I cannot get the second daily box for "Pollo/Frito clears". I have done two portals so far...so yeah, my friend can confirm.

    Restart client. Just relogging won't clear the error condition.

    Edit: Jan 17, 2017 is a new issue. Portals not even being counted now.

    I've restarted the actual client so many times, and it still hasn't cleared for me Dx I've also done the portal twice and NOTHING. so frustrating. For me, It's Pollo and Fritto AND Inferno Wolf that refuse to register.

    This has to be fixed ASAP. It doesnt register, even after restarting the game.
    People wont be able to complete this event

    A lot of people in my alliance are encountering this problem, and my sister did too. Reporting on her behalf.

    Clearing a Pollo/Fritto portal does not register into the V Play rewards so it's impossible to complete the day.

    I'd also like to note that it was working before for me (17/01/2017) and the days before, so i have no idea why it's suddenly bugged.

    It is also bugged for me, IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR THE REWARDS, I WAS LOOKING FOWARD TO GETTING THE STUFF IN A TIMELY MANNER :C

    The bug has resurfaced a lot worse...can't reopen client to fix this.

    I have completed Fritto/Pollo door twice already and none have register for the box Tracker. I have restarted game multiple times and even restarted computer. Please fix. Thank you

    bug type: glitch, not registering

    Ever since midnight UCT time I have been trying to do my v box event. I got my first pollo/ frittos door right away, even before i opened any ruins so I didnt realize it did not even register. By the time I realized that my pollo/ fritto door did not count, was when I finished my inferno door and my timer for the second box was down to 0:00. At first I thought it glitched again, and that I would get my box after I relog, but no it did not. It is now 4:45 am utc time and I have 4/5 pollo and fritto's door complete for the haste event and I am still stuck at the 60 min box for the v rewards event.

    I have relogged multiple time.
    I even used a pollo/fritto ticket from the V shop. (didn't count either)
    My inferno door and my pollo door both do not count.

    Happens to me too can't finish it at all .. non of the portals worked for me, I'm stuck and can't finish the quest for today :( BIG BUMMER We've all worked VERY hard for these rewards. Please FIX NEXON ...
