What is everyone's Monster Collection at?

    So this patch the number of collection increased from 606 to 649. With getting chaos horntail my collection is at 351 monsters :)
    Also the reward points from exploration box lowered a bit.

    It seems they finally added some Monster Blooms with this update. My friend got a Horntail Monster Bloom during 2x last night, but didn't think to screen shot it.

    They broke monster collection with this update. Elites don't register. At least, some don't. Absolutely infuriating.
    I'm at 343 right now, btw. But I can't even try adding to collection because they refuse to address server lag in a reasonable way.

    Elites don't register 100% of the time and they never have. It's one of the reasons people hate even trying to hunt them.

    Don't think it's just from this patch though since I got mine the last week of October, during the Secret Stories patch.

    Edit: Oh wait, mine is CHT. Don't have HT. :(

    I believe this is what LittleTLK is trying to say about the elite monsters
    The only elites that I know that are still viable atm are:
    -Invincible
    -Black Chains
    -Overwhelming
    -Petrifying

    Oho, nice job! My friend got his CHT Monster Bloom last night as well. I've only tried once with all the lag going on but haven't gotten a drop yet.

    I have a feeling that the registration chance for elite mobs went way way up recently. Maybe even 100%.
    On three different accounts, on three separate occasions, I got Shadowy Tranquil Erda registered the very first time I encountered it.
    Also got Solid Scorpion the first time I ran into it while leveling a new mule.

    Suggestions are to work your way down from the list on the left side. Try to avoid Elite Monsters that you can't summon or monsters with limited/party quest entries.

    You'll get a general sense of what to hunt after collecting a few dozen. I'm currently at 274 and currently working on the El Nath collection.
