LOGIN HELP! Game Crashes.

I've redownloaded maplestory. I also restarted PC and updated it. Got all VCRedirect's Reinstalled. I get to NA or EU Login, Selects NA and bam crash! Happens every single time!!!
Where is the help since GM Support isn't live right now. I need help and i will be pissed if i have to wait another hour. It's 12:26 am I've been waiting since 6:00 am!Almost a whole day all ready and i still canot seem to play the game. Please fix immediately. Tag some GMs or Forums Masters.
This is ridiculous! Also i would love to get into the new events right away and use the nx i just bought. Lets go people.

    Try waiting 10 seconds or something - it's a temp fix.

    Guten Morgen....ich schreib mal hier weil ich nicht weiss wo man sonst schreiben soll, wenn man ein problem mit dem einloggen hat.
    In Deutsch wird ja hier nicht geschrieben....aber ich jetzt^^
    Man klickt auf spielen...dann wählt man aus ...America oder Europa......klick Europa und es passiert nix...es ist einfach verschwunden....
    kann irgend jemand in Deutsch schreiben wie ich ins spiel komme?!...

    Well i figured it out. Just had to re install Maplestory.
