the game is broken

I can start the game, but once I choose a certain region (NA or EU) the game will crash immediately, anyone else having same issue?

    You just have to keep trying, maybe reset your pc works for me and log in straight away without opening other things..

    Same thing is happening to me. I've redownloaded maplestory. I also restarted PC and updated it. Got all VCRedirect's Reinstalled. I get to NA or EU Login, Selects NA and bam crash! Happens every single time!!!
    Where is the help since GM Support isn't live right now. I need help and i will be pissed if i have to wait another hour. It's 12:26 am I've been waiting since 6:00 am!Almost a whole day all ready and i still canot seem to play the game. Please fix immediately. Tag some GMs or Forums Masters.

    same, Game close and take me to desktop without error message after choosing region
