Nodestone search feature revert to case-sensitive

Bug type: Reversion of previous patch feature.

Brief bug summary: Nodestone search feature is once again case-sensitive.

More details: Originally fixed in patch v.180.2.0 on January 26th 2017, has reverted to previous behavior as of most recent patch v.183.x.x.

Steps to reproduce: Attempt to search nodes in lowercase. I searched "shadow", and didn't get any results, while "Shadow" does return the correct results.

    When searching for nodestones the search requires case sensitive input which was fixed two patches ago and now its case sensitive again
    pls fix
