    buddy has the same problem and can not even get on forum because of the ´ failed to conect within timeout period error
    when trying to log in with launcher she gets networkfailer code: 20010
    she tries to log from germany if that matters

    It's the same issue.
    That "master login server" is actually the Nexon account verification server, and it's used to log in to the website (and the forums) as well as the games.

    Not yet. Got a message. "Server isn't Responding, Please try again later."

    EDIT 1 minute later same code error.
