    I didn't do the back to school event and still received a 100% Upot, so the distributions are clearly messed up

    I also didn't get my Unique pot scrolls! 60% .. why is Nexon only giving out 80% and 100% but not 60 %

    I knew I wasn't crazy and that I actually did meet the requirements for the 60% >.> (at least I think I did).

    Either that, or all us that were supposed to get the 60% scroll never actually met the requirements and we're all delusional.

    Again guys if you haven't received your scrolls and you're 100% sure you completed the tasks required to receive them send in tickets.

    I properly received my Tier 3 rewards, which includes the 100% Unique Potential Scroll.
