Not Enough Space

The npc does not allow me to do the 4th Job because of "Not enough space"
I have my char at lvl 104 for some reason i cannot do the 4th Job , i spent real money on this char(30$) that i cannot trade i have in each of my inventory 16 free slots (equip,use,etc,set-up) i tryed many times doing the 4 job by killing the bosses over and over again obtaining the same result "Not enough space" i would really apreciate if you guys would try to fix my problem :(

Character level:104

Character job:Blade Lord (Dual Blade)

World name:Luna

Date and time of the incident:3 weeks ago (not sure) (germany +1 hr)

    My guess is that the NPC is trying to give you something that is one-of-a-kind but you already have it.
    Can't think what it might be, though. A medal, possibly?

    No as far as I have seen in youtube its a book (use tab )(that i have 18 free slots) we "DualBlades" get in the 4th job, and so far i didnt get anything
    I´m getting really worried because its been a long time man and i need my dual blade with the 4 job skills and i spent money that I cant get back :c

    Did you check if your other tabs have free slots too, like EQUIP, ETC, SETUP and CASH Shop?

    yes all of them have 16 free slots

    Have you tried lvling up your Dual Blade only skills that require a skill book?
    Have you submitted a ticket? This seems like a very odd issue that might require them to reset the quest for you on their end.

    And btw this is my brother account i do have my main with 2 lvl 200 char (one being dual blade) and i never had this problem before
