Permanent Cloud Mount disappeared from Mount tab

Description: I had bought a permanent Cloud mount coupon from the Free Market last night and I used it on my character. I saw it on my mount tab and rode it around. After logging in-game today (on the same character I used the Cloud Coupon), it had disappeared from my mount tab. I can't find my Cloud mount anywhere and now I wasted a good amount of mesos on a mount that I didn't even use for more than a day.

Has anyone experienced this with any permanent mounts that you have used and that have disappeared?
On a side note, I do have other permanent mounts still in my mount tab, so this problem could occur only from using the Cloud Mount.
