How to Ellin Forest?

I can't seem to find where Ellin is in Ellin Forest, does anyone know where she is?

    NPC Ellin is located in Deep Fairy Forest. Take the lower-right portal in Altaire Camp to the Eastern Region of Mossy Tree Forest, then enter the portal featuring a boarded-up cave.

    Unless you're looking to do the party quest, Forest of Poison Haze. In which case, that's a cross-world party quest, which you can access from Spiegelmann's Guest House the Dimensional Mirror starting at level 70 (cross-world PQs rotate every so often, so it may not be available).
