What's the best method for being a good Kanna?

What are good maps to buff for despawn times?

How useful is a kanna Endgame in terms of solo play and party play?

    End game: Provide buffs and support to bossing expeditions.

    Solo play: Grind and Farm.

    While training: Cast two tengu strike then mana balance, rinse and repeat.

    Fairly decent info, but there are people asking for leech at...chickens? Or something I forget. What all are the top spots for a Kanna?
