mechanical heart jump quest

ok i did the b1 stage and after literly 3 hours (no joke) i passed it.
now i made it to the next stage only to fall down (under the ground) and not able to move (also didnt teleport up like most times)
its not fair i worked on it for hours and i fall and what now all over.
pls dose anyone else got this problem?

    If you fall under the map and get stuck there or if you fell under the map and got teleported back to the beginning and the door won't open, wait for the timer to hit 0:00 so the map will kick you back out to the checkpoint map to try again.

    the problam was that i didnt teleported that time
