Help with Chaos Scroll Prefixes

I'm well aware that a Regular Chaos Scroll gives (+) or (-) 0~5 and the Goodness prefix means that the stat won't decrease.

However what troubles me is the difference between Incredible and Miraculous.

According to this source Incredible gives (+) or (-) 0~7 and Miraculous gives (+) or (-) 0~10.

According to this source Incredible gives (+) or (-) 0~7 and Miraculous gives (+) or (-) 0~6. Reason being Miraculous used to give (+) or (-) 0~10 but was changed to (+) or (-) 0~6 shortly after.

According to this source Incredible and Miraculous are the same thing but just translated differently.

What is correct as of today? What stats do they give?

    my head hurts....................
    but i have never seen a +9 attk from a single slot
    +7 or +8 attk from a single slot is still possible due to some equips comes as above average with +1 or +2 attk
