Is my account in good standing?
Hi Guys,
Its my first time posting in the forum, so apologies if I happen to post on the wrong section. (I hope not!)
So with the pre-registration event going on, I have tried to register and it was saying that I can't either because my account is currently not in good standing or that I don't have any level 33 and above character in the account which ofcourse I do. I have tried refreshing pages and doing it on a different pc and still failing.
I was able to register for the V event last time, and a few months back I remember getting kicked out of the game with a hacking or bot warning whatever it was and i thought nothing of it because when I tried re-logging, nothing else happened.
Now I can't seem to register and I am afraid because of that silly warning I'll miss out on the event, I am not entirely sure about how and who to report/email to about this, If someone can help me out in letting me know what to do?
seeing that the event closes soon, I don't really want to miss it because of something silly especially when i didn't really do anything wrong... lol

When you go to the MapleStory main page, under Support click Customer Support.
After that you'll be required to sign-in which is on the top right in blue font.
Then a Live-Chat box will appear on the right-bottom corner. You can also submit a ticket on the top-right. Type down as many details as possible for the person who will be assisting you.
