i dint know Nexon cash expires, is this something new?

    It's not new.
    If there's no change to your NX balance in a year (i.e., you didn't spend any and you didn't charge any more), Nexon will wipe it.
    Why? Because they can.
    They do send you an email a month before it happens.

    .I couldn't find anything about the duration in their terms of use which basically says they can do whatever they want with your NX.
