Buccaneer New 5th job no longer works

As the title mentions, my new 5th job buccaneer "Lord of the Deep" skill worked prior to the unscheduled maintenance. After the SC, It does not toggle on or activate but pirates banner seems to work. When trying to use Lord of the Deep it reads " TEMP TEXT(???????) line :4935

You should make a post in the bug reporting section. I'm a bucc as well and the skill works fine for me. Although I got the skill after the maintenance if that makes a difference.

Try restarting MapleStory.
Try doing a full shutdown on your computer.

That line appears when you try to cast it when you're not fully charged. The skill consumes energy to cast and with each hit.

So the line you're seeing is the equivalent of the "you do not have enough MP to use this skill" error message.

However, if you still get the error even when you're charged, then it would be a bug. Similar to the guy above, I don't have this issue either.
