    Judging by server time, we're not in America. This is also originally a Korean game that gets copy pasted into english.

    Nexon NA is located in California.
    However there doesn't appear to be any 4th of July events this year. There may be a last-minute cash shop sale (maybe the facepaint or something), but it doesn't appear so. It's possible that with Override happening they simply skipped it this year.
