What's the status of Europe Reboot server atm?

(from November 2016: Q: Will there be a Reboot server in EU?
A: There will not be an EU Reboot server on Day 1 after the migration, but we are planning to add an EU Reboot server in the near future. We do not have a specific date at this time, and will provide everyone an update once this date is known.)

    Alot of players got no reboot servers close by, I mean alot. At least one european server would solve that problem. I mean what is one more server amiright? ;)

    No info, really stupid we have to deal with a overcrowed NA server with 200+ ping and lags.
