Is the AllinoneFestival Box Transferable in reboot

I was wondering if the box was transferable to another character in reboot. Although the box states it is i know that certain things while they say are transferable, are not within reboot.

    Yes, only equips are never transferable, everything else you can put in storage is able to be transferred.

    Additionally, the event list showed the box w/o a time limit, therefore its safe to assume that the box will last beyond the festival box event period as long as i dont open it right?

    They most likely will have a time limit, just doesn't show on event tab
