All-in-one giftbox rewards missing

So I really need storage slot expansion, and the patchnote says that the all-in-one giftbox is supposed to have an expansion for 8. it's not there.
Everything else seems to be there though.

    I haven't received a box at all altogether. There's no gift icon on my left hand user interface at all?

    It's not in the giftbox notifier, it's in the star notifier this time.
