cant open last festival sugar box

everytime i try to open it, ill get that message ^

i went to the cash shop to redeem the other points i had saved up from using the other boxes, got a cube and i still cant open the last one?

    You can't earn more than 3000 Reward points per day, regardless of whether you spend them or not.
    All the boxes together add up to 2500, and I assume you got some more from TakeOver or bossing or monster collection.

    To solve this:
    Open the box after reset, so it counts towards tomorrow's 3000 RP limit.
    Be careful, though: the box expires at 1AM (server time), so you must open it quickly after reset.

    I think the box expires one hour after reset. Worth a shot.
