Hayato "buff"

I see no changes were made to Shin being a useless skill. Bossing is done with stance + rai. Shin is weak even with the hypers.
Why isn't that changed or why is it even a skill. Why does it have hypers?
The Hitokiri change is strange..duration is nice since it was missing a 3rd hyper but the 30% cooldown. meaning can't spam anymore...is..idk im ok with that.
But, having the duration hyper at 195...wow....that's a bit high.
Counter atk won't activate on dmg reflect was needed, so thanks.
I was just hoping this "buff" would buff up Shin so Rai isn't used as much. Yeh shin is there to just heal but idk. Rai hypers would've been better over shin.

    Also if i may add, make Battoujutsu Advance a key held down skill.
    It is very difficult to use.
    Lag is the main problem. The skill activates around 50% of the time and it gives a damage buff (the buff most of us don't get because we cannot get it to activate).

    Yea I found that you have to use Battoujutsu Advance by clicking it every .5s to let the next skill load.
    Also as a 220 hayato main since the beginning, the hitoriki change is absolutely horrifying if it goes live.
    Also, yea I was expecting Rai dmg increase for 4th job or at least a hyper

    Unfortunately my Hayato main in on reboot so I can't say in terms of first hand experience.

    Is it just a nerf to its cooldown, or does hitokiri get a massive buff to its damage? And by duration, does that mean its changed to a 10 second bind with a 30 second CD? Edit: Wait, that would just be plain stupid; never mind this part. The duration increase is the critical buff right?

    I don't see a reason to change/nerf hitokiri since the spamming is mostly used for lower tier bosses like Cygnus and Crimson Queen, as well as mobs too difficult to kill like a lv200 doing VJ.

    You can't use it (or rather, you shouldn't even try) use it on bosses like Lotus or Lucid. Maps with hazards like Magnus or Pierre make it risky to spam even if you get them in a bind.

    The cooldown cutter hyper goes from -95% to -30%. The spread hyper (extra mob hits) becomes +20 seconds on the critical buff.

    Basically you can use it every 1 min to refresh the buff that lasts 1 min
    Very much against this change, I'm digging everything so far except the Hitoriki nerf

    Oh great, it's basically like another node decent skill to keep up with.

    What do you mean by "everything" that you're digging? Do you mind sharing the positive change? I don't have a hayato I can test in tespia since mine is in Reboot.

    The hitokiri change is horrible, I don't think I would care for a longer buff and losing mobility is just sad

    Did you really think they would change anything in the time they had? It's either, they'll change it in time or never.
