Cassandra doesn't give gold heroes emblem

I accidentally dropped my gold heroes emblem and I heard that I can get it back from cassandra for some mesoes. I checked the quest log and saw that there's a quest called gold heroes emblem that i can supposedly accept from cassandra. But when I went to cassandra in the event hall, she doesn't have that quest. I'm a mercedes btw. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, but on the off chance that it isn't, can i find cassandra anywhere else? I really want my emblem back...

    It was originally NPC Athena (the Bowman Instructor) who gave you the Maple Gold Emblem during the Maple heroes quest

    Athena gives the Emblem to the Explorers.
    I think the Heroes just have a lightbulb quest for theirs.

    I'm aware. But the thing is, I already completed the lightbulb quest, but accidentally dropped the emblem. So now I'm trying to get it back from Cassandra.

    Bumping this cause the issue is still not resolved.
    I think the problem is that the quest is given by vanilla Cassandra, not by event Cassandras like the current Christmas Cassandra.
    And since there's almost always an event, the quest is almost never available.
