Bug type: Cash shop

Brief bug summary: My character cannot equip the NX weapon cover when the item clearly states that I can. The Shining Rod is not on the excluded list of weapon types that are incompatible with it. Therefore, the NX should be able to work with my weapon.

I want to get a refund on the item if I can't even use it.
