Add Elite Mobs/Bosses to Singapore, NLC and Japan

Please consider to add elite monsters and bosses to even more exclusive regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, New Leaf City and Zipangu.

I believe it will be more fun to players who wishes to hunt monsters there around.

    I'd rather they actually update those areas first to have proper HP/EXP of mobs near their level first (especially SEA/NLC). But I think those areas could definitely use elites.

    I don't care much about the HP and EXP but at least the ability to have elite monsters/bosses being summoned there,
    the same way it's in MapleSEA.

    Higher HP and EXP would actually give people a reason to train at those maps, which is why I'd want to see that.

    Wouldn't updating these areas also mean adding in that "You don't get meso if you're this much levels above" thing that'd destroy meso farming in reboot there?

    pretty sure that's already been added which is why everybody got mad that blackgate was no longer the best place to meso farm in reboot.

    also it wasn't "you dont get any meso" it's a reduced amount of meso.
