Having issues opening "gift box".

Hello! So, I see there's a box to open for the gifts given from Maplestory ,but when I click it, it doesn't do anything.

    Hello,

    A couple of people have been having this issue. The screen is there, but for some reason it loads outside of the boundaries of your screen. I asked a friend to change his screen resolution in the graphics options, and he was able to see the box UI after that, so give it a try ! =)

    Or just go to the cash shop and exit after it recenter on your screen.
