Making Certain Items Tradable

I have played this game for a very long time and there are some decisions I just don't understand. For example, making hearts and sweet water accessories untradable. I have spent a large amount of money on making a Titanium heart. I created this heart before OutLaw and Fairy existed. Now that World leap is out I would like to put that heart back into use on my new main in Bera, my Aran dondees032. But I can no longer use it as i can not trade it over. It makes no sense why the new hearts are tradable yet they won't make the old ones tradable. I spent way too much on this item to let it just sit there in a world where i can put it to good use. So im making the suggestion to make sweet water accessories and old hearts Scissorable. Not tradable all the time but being able to PSoK an item would be great.
