Cannot transfer servers.

I've been trying to move my character from Mardia to Bera. However every time I try to transfer it has the same error message. "Please delete crush rings" I already used the transfer NPC to delete all my friendship rings and couple rings. So therefore I should not have any rings anymore. If anyone has a solution please let me know. The majority of my friends are transferring and I do not wish to be left behind.
