How often does NX have World Leap Events?

I'm kind of returning player from around 2005. I settled in Scania for awhile, but it seems that a lot of players have moved out from Scania from what I'm seeing. Does anyone know how often Nexon have world leap events? Is it like once a year thing or even less frequent than that?

    The last world leap did a lot of damage to any world that isnt Bera or reboot. Nexon said they are trying to find a solution

    the previous leaps were 2 years apart.

    People weren't allowed to move into Scania but they were allowed to GET OUT.
