Is Windia actually dead?

I'm on Windia and there are only FM 1-3 still with merchants. Everything else is gone.
Should I transfer to Bera? If so:

Can I transfer my character/what's the best way?
Will I still have my perm NX?
Will I still have all my mesos?
Will I still have all my items, pet?
Etc. In other words, what won't I carry over to Bera with me?

    If you just came back to Maple then you just lost your chance to transfer.

    Everybody ditched Windia because every other server wanted to go to Bera.

    Map crashers in Henesys channel 1 in Windia, so it can not be that dead.
