Few weeks back I was playing MS like normal and stopped to go into work. 6 hours later I came back and It wouldn't let me go in game. It would let me select my world but after that it wouldn't let me go to the character select. I went on the main website to try and change my password, and I attempted to change my password 10+ times with no success and was essentially locked out of the account until I reactivate the account via email. I later realized that my personal email account that I was attempting to reset from was not the one associated with my maplestory account. I made it when I was 11 (Back in '07) and did not have an email account of my own, so I put it under my father's. The problem is, my father has 20+ email accounts that he uses for multiple purposes (makes an individual email for each social media, large-scale website, business he works for etc.) We've narrowed it down to 3 possible email accounts, but we're unsure which one it is, and what the passwords for those emails even are. I can't submit a ticket from my main account because as I said it is locked out until I reset it through email. So am I just genuinely screwed until we figure out which email is associated with the nexon account ourselves, or can this be resolved even though I am on a secondary account? And will I be able to move the account to this particular email account? This nexon account is established but I have yet to log in-game with it.

From what I heard, you should be able to send a ticket to change the e-mail for your main account from the secondary account. Just be ready to include a photo of a valid ID within the ticket to prove that you are the person that created the account (name on ID should match the name used to create the account).
