Hello,

I've been experiencing issues with receiving the Halloween Hot Week Rewards.

Bug type: item/functionality (event)

Brief bug summary: I'm not able to 'click' on the gift box icon, left on the screen, and because of that I cannot receive the gift box with reward.

More details: When i hover over the icon, I do not see a pop up, like the ones i see when hovering over the Star (Event icon) or Light bulb (Quest icon).
It does not look like a clickable icon to me. I also tried with multiple characters, but that did not work either.
I do meet the requirements for receiving the gift box: level 33+ and I do not have unclaimed rewards.


Character name: SolidGround

Character level: 202

Character job: Aran

World name: Windia

Date and time of the incident: Monday October 30, Tuesday October 31.


I think this might be a bug, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

    I was wondering what was up with that as well. Didn't even know there was a hot time event.

    For me the gift menu popped up near the HP/MP menu at the very bottom of the screen (really easy to miss).
