[Reboot] Unable to open event gift box

I cannot open the event gift box to receive the halloween event android, is there anyway to solve this?

I was really looking forward to the eventroid and I probably wont care to login until cadena release if i get nexonned out of it because some bug.

    Try changing the resolution to the max and look under your EXP bar.
