Can't Recieve Halloween Hot Week Items [SOLVED]

**NOTE: This is unrelated to a similarly titled thread posted earlier.**

Bug type: Functionality (Best guess according to posting guidelines)

Brief bug summary: Gift notifier shows "New" but after clicking both gift boxes are empty. When clicking "Accept", an error box pops up. Also note that event date is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce: Tried the process again. Same result.

Character name: AuraSidhe

Character level: 181

Character job: Wind Archer

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: October 30/31 around 3 PM CST(My usual log in time)

    Scroll down, Look at the side theres a scroll bar. Those blank are supposed to be cube from attendance.

    Is anyone else having issues with receiving the hot week prizes its not allowing me to accept for two days I was looking forward to the droid
