I would like to report about an error where I'm unable to expand my Storage Room using the
Storage Room 4 Slot Coupon.

Error
Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: Unable to expand my storage room from 127 slots to 128 slots using the coupon.

More details:
Here are screenshots to demonstrate the issue:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Double click the coupon when I already have 127 storage slots.
2. Accept the confirmation I would like to expand from 127 to 128.
3. An error message appears explaining the expansion has failed and need to try again.

Character name: Any

Character level: Any

Character job: Any

World name: Luna

Date and time of the incident:
28th October, 2017 at 15:20 CET

I have already reported about this issue through the customer service during September and an answer I received is that the game team are doing their best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, I found this issue was not resolved as I this occurs for me right now during the Halloween event.

    A lot of Luna players have this issue since migration. Maybe they fix it after 2 years, one can only hope!

    Players who had an odd number of inventory and storage slots will have their slot number rounded up to the nearest 4.

    Due to the recent update which resolved the issue which I had an odd number of inventory and storage slots and the slot number have been rounded up to the nearest 4 - I can say the the bug has been resolved and may be closed or moved to the resolved bugs section.
