because UTC doesn't observe Daylight savings, prepare for reset to happen 1 hour earlier.

    And here I thought having UTC server time couldn't get any worse.

    How is it worse than before? Back in the day the reset time would fluctuate between 5, 6, and 7 pm depending on the time of year in Aus. And it would suddenly change with no warning because I don't keep track of daylight savings dates of other time zones. If this means it'll only fluctuate based on my own country's daylight savings then I'd consider it an improvement. Sucks for the people who live in PST though.
